So every job is cost controlled - the right amount of hours charged, and the right amount of oil etc is used.
When we've agreed the bill with the garage (up to your pre-agreed limit), we let them get on with the work. If anything extra needs doing, we'll contact you first to make sure you're happy to go ahead. We settle the bill with the garage, and charge it back to you within 48 hours.

Choose from a Hollyfield roadserve contract* offering you fixed price maintenance to cover all of your servicing, maintenance, repairs and tyre costs, or a discounted annual subscription to our car service privilege club** entitling you to the same discounted rates on a pay as you go basis.
When work is required, your appointed Hollyfield garage will take care of it. All work covered by your agreement will be completed and Hollyfield roadserve will reimburse the dealer direct.
With a contract, there'll be no further cost to you, or as a member of the club, we'll collect the money from you when the work has been completed.
...it's as simple as that.
