RoadServe are working for you! We will give you an estimate of the amount you should expect to pay at point of booking based on your vehicle type. Once your chosen garage has assessed the vehicle, our technicians will negotiate a fixed priced and only then will the work be authorised. No additional work will be undertaken without your own Roadserve Maintenance Controller gaining authorisation from you - YOU ARE ALWAYS IN CONTROL .

MOT

By law, your first MOT test must be carried out three years after the date of first registration and annually thereafter. The test ensures that the vehicle complies with at least the minimum road safety and environmental standards. As long as you have provided us with the correct information, you can request that Roadserve notify you when your MOT is due and manage the whole process for you, again ensuring that you get both the right price and that only work that is required is authorised.

Repair

A RoadServe network garage will need to investigate the fault to provide an accurate quotation in consultation with your RoadServe Maintenance Controller. Once the fault has been assessed, you will be provided with a quotation before any work is carried out. In some cases, depending on the complexity of the investigation required to accurately diagnose the fault, there may be a charge for doing this. Your RoadServe Maintenance Controller will gain your consent before you spend a penny!
